How delivery works

  1. Click "Buy Pro" and complete payment on the checkout page hosted by our payment provider (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay and more, with currency switching).
  2. Once payment succeeds, the licence key is sent automatically to the email address you entered at checkout.
  3. Open the App, go to Settings → Licence, paste the key, and activate it. You can then use it on the permitted number of devices.

There is no manual review — you normally receive the key within minutes. If it does not arrive, see the Support page. Pro is not a subscription and no second charge will occur.

Frequently asked questions

Is Pro a subscription? Will it renew automatically?

No. Pro is a one-time purchase that remains valid once paid. There is no automatic renewal, and therefore no "cancel subscription" step.

Can I try it first?

Yes. New users receive a 7-day Pro trial on first use; the start date and remaining days appear on the licence page in the App. Trials are per device, so reinstalling on the same device does not grant a new trial.

How many devices can I activate? What if I change computers?

Each licence can be activated on 2 devices. For a planned switch, deactivate the old device in the App’s licence settings first. If the old device is lost or will not boot, contact us with your order number and we will release it.

I paid but did not receive the licence key email.

Check your spam folder and any "Promotions" tab first. Apple @icloud / @me / @mac addresses and privacy-relay addresses block automated mail more often, so Gmail or Outlook is a safer choice. If it still does not arrive, email us from the address used at purchase with "Resend licence key" in the subject.

Activation says there is a network error.

Turn off any VPN, proxy, or DNS-splitting tool and try again. Activation requires a network check, and a proxy can route the request through a broken path, which surfaces as a network error rather than a wrong-key error. If you cannot disable it, tether to a mobile hotspot and retry.

Can I get an invoice? Can I get a refund?

Invoices are issued automatically by the payment provider and normally accompany the order confirmation email. Refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

Will the Free edition be weakened later?

No. We will not withdraw core functionality already provided in the Free edition. New advanced capabilities will be added to Pro, without affecting what you use today.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments acting as Merchant of Record, which handles collection, invoicing, and tax remittance.
